PayAsUGym is an online marketplace (think Rightmove or AirBnB) for fitness, empowering customers to search for, compare and buy flexible access to fitness facilities online.
As a category leader, PayAsUGym is experiencing extremely fast growth and as such, we are now looking for highly motivated Operations Executives to join our team.
The role puts you right at the heart of our business and on the front-line of supporting our gym partners in providing a first class customer experience for PayAsUGym users that visit their gym.
The role is office-based at our brand new London Waterloo HQ and is extremely varied with no day the same as the next. This also means you will quickly develop skills across a number of areas that will support a career within both fitness and technology sectors.
- Onboarding and training our new gym partners
- Provide front-line support to our existing gym partners with operational issues
- Collaborating with the Customer Service team to continuously improve the customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve how we present our gym partners to customers on our website
- Mystery shopping our partner gyms
- At least 1 year of experience within a sales, account management, operations or customer services role
- A passion for health and fitness
