This full-time role will require you to deliver the high levels of support to our customers that they have come to expect, via email, chat and phone regarding our products or service.

Customer Support: responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service queries and complaints, via phone, email and live chat, identifying problems quickly and resolving them to provide the best possible outcome for the customer. The primary focus will be phone support, as this makes up the minority of our enquiries, the successful candidate will also be responsible for responding to emails and live chats.

Cross-department communication: working with the Account Management team to resolve issues between the venue and the user. You will also be required to closely liaise with the Marketing team to understand current marketing promotions, and how this will impact the customer experience. You will use your customer-oriented perspective to give thoughts and feedback to other areas of the business, including the product and development teams.

Assist with ad-hoc projects: the changing needs of the business require us to do ad-hoc projects, such as testing new areas of the website and app - you will be expected to be involved in these to help to improve the product and the site.

Although the role is primarily customer service orientated there will be an opportunity for the successful candidate to get involved in other cross-functional activities, specifically working alongside the Sales, Account Management and Business Operations teams.
